Colin French

Managing Director

Colin brings with him a wealth of experience in regional and global marketing for Fortune 100 companies. He co-established Journey Development Programs and Kinglake Forest Adventures Camp in 2005 and remarkably rebuilt it after the 2009 Black Saturday bushfires.

Michelle French

Managing Director

Michelle, along with Colin, has been an integral part of KFA during the 20 years they've run the camp. While she is still very much 'camp mum' to all the crew, her daily responsibilities constantly change! You might find her helping the hospitality girls in the kitchen or running around assisting crew or office staff. Whatever she's doing, Mich is always about welcoming new and past clients with her bubbly personality.

Cass Guenther

HR & Culture 

Cass keeps our crew connected and coordinated through training, teambuilding, and rostering. New to KFAC but already indispensable, she stepped in with the perfect blend of outdoor recreation, youth work, and operations expertise. Cass is the heart of our culture and operations, making sure everyone – crew, camp participants and camp organisers – thrives.
