3-5 Day Facilitated Programs
Our specially developed multi-day camp programs are guided by a mature meta-program that includes wellbeing processes and activities that will engage various intelligences and learning styles.  Our 3 day camp programs include: Adventure Camp, Leadership Camp and Survivor Camp. Our flagship camp program Young Rhythms is only offered 4 to 5 days.

Adventure Camp – 3 Days, 2 Nights (Fully Facilitated)
Our most popular camp program, the Adventure Camp is purely focused on optimising engagement opportunities with participants, providing each student a mix of challenges to conquer and opportunities to lead. Over three days students will test their limits with outdoor experiences scaling our treetops courses, taking a leap of faith, being creative and bonding as a cohort.

  • Selected night activities such as drumming, indigenous culture, campfire chillouts or our amazing Hunger Games challenge.
  • A final day Wildergaining Mission activity designed to step up the intensity to test out their new found skills.
  • Dedicated facilitator for each teacher/group
  • Exclusive use of our facilities including accommodation, outdoor activities, forest and catering

Leadership Camps – 3 Days / 2 Nights (Facilitated/School Facilitated)
A popular program bringing the leaders from multiple year levels together on camp. There are many of the elements of the Adventure Camp program but slightly adapted so teachers can facilitate some of the school’s language and frameworks.  Over three days students will test their limits with outdoor experiences scaling our treetops courses, taking a leap of faith, being creative and bonding as a cohort. Additionally our “Noticing Leadership” process  which shines the light on leadership for the camp’s duration and makes leadership outcomes intentional, not hoped for.

  • Selected night activities such as drumming, indigenous culture, campfire chillouts or our amazing and the Hunger Games challenge.
  • A final day three Wildergaining Mission activity designed to step up the intensity to test out their new found skills.
  • Dedicated facilitator for each teacher/group to fully implement camp program
  • Exclusive use of our facilities including accommodation, outdoor activities, forest and catering.

Survivor Camp – 3 Days / 2 Nights (Fully Facilitated)
The Survivor Camp focuses on connections, culture and communication. Broken up into tribes, we seek out the wisdom from the past as we investigate the unique culture and practices of the ancient Tribes of the Kinglake Ranges. We learn new (or old!) ways of communicating, shift our ideas of wealth and abundance and discover the importance of building and adhering to a code of conduct. Each day in the forest is a mystery and your first task is to prepare for the journey through developing your tribe’s uniqueness, communications and conduct. It’s our same positive foundational meta program, just with a great theme to carry the journey. It develops the cohort and becomes legend.

  • Survivor props including flags, bandanas and theatrical facilitation and tribal councils
  • Choose your degree of ‘roughing it’ from little, to giant teepees to hiking tents or built shelters
  • Dedicated facilitator (Tribal Elder) to fully implement and run camp experience
  • Learn the fundamentals of non-defensive non-judgemental personal communication
  • Take home props
  • Exclusive use of our facilities including accommodation, outdoor activities and catering.

Young Rhythms – 4 to 5 Days  – Our flagship camp (Fully Facilitated)
Young Rhythms is a carefully sequenced program drawing on evidence based research designed to empower students to discover and utilise their strengths, enhance their life communication skills and develop habits of positive psychology. Before and across the five days students will:

  • Learn the fundamentals of non-defensive non-judgemental personal communication
  • Explore the concepts of planning, diversity, teamwork and leadership
  • Discover the value of self-reflection and learn to develop new habits to incorporate into daily life
  • Create resilience tools that work for them individually
  • Question advertising’s validity for role modelling
  • Open up to the practice of quieting the mind and resting through meditation and mindfulness and learn to develop new habits to incorporate into daily life
  • Consolidate their achievements in an individual personal workbook to record their milestones.

To enhance the program lessons beyond the camp, teachers and parents will receive resources to introduce the concept, skills and behaviours discovered in the camp and provide tips on how to foster this growth into daily life.

Additions include:

  • Dedicated facilitator to fully implement and run camp experience
  • Exclusive use of our facilities including accommodation, outdoor activities and catering
  • Take home mementos
